Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Invited Only ("the App" or "IO"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
User Types and Accounts
Hosts: Hosts are users who create events or VIP tables on IO. To create events or VIP tables, Hosts must subscribe to a paid service. Hosts have the discretion to approve or deny requests from other users who wish to join their events or VIP tables. There is no obligation for a Host to approve any particular Guest.
Guests: Guests are users who request to join events or VIP tables created by Hosts. IO is an invitation-based platform, and Guests must receive approval from the Host to join an event or VIP table. There is no guarantee that a Guest will be approved to join, and Hosts are under no obligation to approve any requests. Approval decisions are at the sole discretion of the Host and the App.
App Discretion: IO reserves the right to decline or terminate the accounts of Hosts or Guests, without notice, at its sole discretion. This decision may be made for any reason or no reason at all.
Contractual Relationships Between Users: Any agreements or contracts formed between Hosts and Guests through the App are solely between those users. IO is not a party to any such contracts or agreements.
In-App Purchases and Refund Policy
The App may offer in-app purchases for both Hosts and Guests.
Host Role Subscriptions: Payments for using the Host role for different time periods.
Super Invites: Additional purchases for using Super Invites, which provide enhanced invitation features.
Super Joins: Additional purchases for using Super Joins, allowing enhanced participation features.
All in-app purchases are subject to these Terms and any additional terms provided at the time of purchase.
Refund Policy: All purchases made within the App, including subscription fees and in-app purchases, are non-refundable.

User Information
To use the App, both Hosts and Guests are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information about themselves, including but not limited to their name, date of birth, social media profiles, and pictures they choose to upload. By providing this information, you grant IO the right to use it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Subscription and Payments
Hosts must subscribe to a paid service to create events or VIP tables on IO. Subscription fees and terms will be specified within the App. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
Third-Party Services and Payments: IO may utilize third-party payment processors or other services to handle transactions. These third-party services are governed by their own terms and conditions, and IO is not responsible for their actions, errors, or failures.
Event and VIP Table Creation and Participation
Host Responsibilities: Hosts are solely responsible for the content of their events or VIP tables, including but not limited to descriptions, criteria for approval, and any communication with Guests.
Guest Responsibilities: Guests are responsible for ensuring that they meet the criteria set by the Host and for providing any required information truthfully and accurately.
Community Standards and Prohibitions
Community Guidelines: All users are expected to adhere to community standards to ensure a safe and respectful environment. Prohibited behaviors include but are not limited to harassment, sharing personal information without consent, and engaging in any illegal activities.
Prohibited Content: Users must not post or transmit content that is infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, including content that violates the laws and public morals of Dubai or the UAE.
Platform Usage
IO is a platform that facilitates connections between Hosts and Guests for events or VIP tables. IO is not responsible for the actual events or VIP tables, including but not limited to the safety, quality, legality, or conduct of any events, VIP tables, or participants.
Limitation of Liability
IO is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that may occur at or as a result of events or VIP tables organized through the App. Hosts and Guests assume all risks associated with their participation in any event or VIP table.
Accuracy of Information: IO is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by users, including Hosts and Guests. Users are encouraged to verify information independently.
Compliance with Dubai Laws
IO is committed to complying with the laws and regulations of Dubai and the UAE. Users must ensure that their use of the App, including the creation and participation in events or VIP tables, is in compliance with local laws and regulations.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the UAE, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
